Shipping

Once the order is confirmed, the address provided by the buyer for receipt of the order can no longer be changed. Neither the dispatcher nor Laquintane may be held liable if the order cannot be delivered on account of a mistake in the delivery address (post box addresses are not an accepted mode of delivery).

Delivery shall be made under the following conditions:

 

France

COLISSIMO - 2 TO 3 DAYS - FREE

At the address of your choice and against signature, in 2 to 3 days. You will receive a tracking number, and email notifications to keep you informed about the status of the delivery. If the recipient is absent, the postal employee will leave a notice of attempted delivery in the letterbox of the customer, notifying her that she has 15 days to collect the parcel from the post office.

 

UPS - 1 TO 2 DAYS - 10 EUR.

Delivery by UPS is from Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The parcel shall only be handed over directly to the intended recipient, against signature. If the intended recipient is absent, a notice of attempted delivery will be placed in the recipient’s letterbox. It is possible to contact UPS to arrange a second delivery attempt (contact details to this end are recorded in the notice of attempted delivery). The intended recipient may then request one of the following:

  • a new delivery attempt to the same address or to a different address (provided it is in the same destination country);

  • deposition of the parcel at a relay point of a UPS partner; or

  • deposition of the parcel at a UPS agency.

Standard deliveries to France are made within 1 to 2 working days as from the date on which Laquintane hands over the parcel to the dispatcher.

 
 

Europe*

COLISSIMO - 3 TO 5 DAYS - FREE

Rest of the world*

COLISSIMO - 4 TO 7 DAYS - FREE

The Buyer may track the delivery at any time on the websites of La Poste or UPS using the tracking number previously provided in the e-mail notifying dispatch of the parcel.

In case of a delay in delivery longer than 7 working days after the date indicated upon the placing of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled at the request of the buyer, who will receive a full refund. The request shall be made by e-mail to the following address: orders@laquintane.com

The amount of the delivery cost shall be indicated under the tab “basket” and is subject to the approval of the buyer prior to the validation of any order.

All our dispatches to the European Union (Germany, Latvia, Austria, Lithuania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, The Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Ireland, Sweden and Italy) are plus tax depending of the Value Added Tax applicable in France. All our dispatches outside the European Union, including Switzerland, are before tax. The taxes are due upon receipt of the parcel, according to the applicable laws in the destination country.

Any customs duties and levies shall be borne by the buyer.

 

Returns

Provided the products are still in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, adjusted, dirtied, or removed from their cellophane wrapping, in the case of discs, the buyer may cancel the order within 14 working days of the date of delivery of the order.

First of all, you must make a request of return by email  at orders@laquintane.com. After receiving our confirmation please return the product to the following address:

For france : Stick the return label received into the slip of your parcel and return it for free at any Postal office of your choice.

For the rest of Europe,  we will send you a print label by email and stick it on your parcel and drop it at centre point of your choice.  

For the rest of the world, the cost of return is at the buyer charge. 

If the product returned is damaged, Laquintane will return it to the buyer, who must bear the delivery costs.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the buyer will be informed by e-mail of the processing of his or her request. Laquintane reserves the right to refuse returned items in the following cases:

  • returns outside the specified time frame, where the right of withdrawal has not been exercised within the time limit of 14 working days.

  • returns that are not consisted with the stipulations, given that products must be returned in their original packaging and state.

Laquintane undertakes to refund the price of returned products within 14 days as from the date on which Laquintane was informed of the buyer’s decision to withdraw. The buyer will receive a confirmation e-mail, and will be refunded in the full amount for the products returned. Provided that the whole original order is being sent back, the buyer will also be reimbursed for the delivery charges.

If you wish to exchange a product, you will have to request a refund and place a new order.
